Jellyfin Setup
1 Install the app
We use an app called Jellyfin. Download it for your device below.
Phone / Tablet
2 Add the server
Open the Jellyfin app. It will ask for a Server Address.
In the Jellyfin app: Add Server → paste the address above.
3 Log In
Use the username and password Cole gave you.
Forgot it? Text Cole.
Troubleshooting
Buffering?
Click the gear icon during playback and lower quality to 720p - 4Mbps.
Wrong Password?
Text Cole. He can reset it remotely in seconds.
Family Files Setup
What is this?
Think of this as our own private "Google Drive" or "iCloud" that sits in my house. It's a safe place for family photos, important documents, and computer backups, without paying monthly fees to big companies.
1 Install UGREEN App
2 Connect via Link
When you open the app:
- Tap Log in to existing (or "Link ID").
- It will ask for a UGREEN Link ID.
- Text Cole to get the Link ID.
3 Log In
Once connected, log in with your personal username & password.

What is Jellyfin?
It's like our own private Netflix. You can watch all our movies and shows without any subscription fees.
Do I need the app?
For phones/TVs, the app is best. On a computer, click "Watch in Browser" to open Jellyfin.
It's buffering...
Try lowering the quality. Tap the gear icon and select 720p - 4Mbps.
Login not working?
Text Cole. He can reset your password instantly.
